As of June 27, 2019, Armaturenwerk Hötensleben GmbH and Damstahl a/s Denmark acquired 90% of the shares in KM RUSTFRI Denmark.

KM RUSTFRI manufactures high-quality stainless steel valves and deep-drawn parts for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to the established brand, the company will continue to operate under the same name. Everything will also remain the same for employees, management, customers and suppliers.

Damstahl and AWH each hold 45% of KM RUSTFRI shares and, as sister companies, will be able to expand their existing cooperation even further. The remaining shares are held by the current owner Peter Espersen. "With the shareholding in KM RUSTFRI, we are opening up new opportunities to expand the product range and strengthen our position in Scandinavia in order to offer customers an even more extensive high-quality product selection with competent advice," says AWH Managing Director Thomas Erhorn.
