Spray Cleaner

Spray cleaners are cleaning devices that use rotating or static spray heads to evenly wet and clean the inside surfaces of containers and tanks. They are available in different versions:

TANKO® RB Serie

The TANKO® RB is a rotating spray head with spray openings in the form of holes.

Designed as a rotating device, the TANKO® RB wets the container walls in a short time. Depending on the application, a short cleaning time can be achieved. If the rotation should fail, the basic function of the device is retained. If a single spray hole is blocked, this can be compensated for by the remaining free spray holes. This ensures complete wetting of the tank walls.

TANKO® SB

The static spray heads are proven aids for tank and container cleaning. They are typically used for simple cleaning tasks in the low pressure range between 0.5 and 2.5 bar. It should be noted that the static spray head is often used due to the purchase costs.

TANKO® GC

The compact TANKO® GC spray cleaner is used to clean the inside of tanks. Its special feature is that it is installed flush with the wall of the tank. There is therefore no risk of collision with agitators to be cleaned, and there are usually a variety of installation locations that would appear unsuitable for conventional cleaning devices. The TANKO® GC spray cleaners are therefore suitable for use as stand-alone devices, but also for supporting other existing conventional cleaning devices, especially in problem and spray shadow zones (agitator/leaf undersides etc.).
