Vacuum Valves

AWH Vacuum Valves prevent the formation of a vacuum in tanks and pipelines. They are available as spring-loaded or weight-loaded versions.

Use

In tanks in particular, the formation of a vacuum can cause a tank to collapse within seconds. Such damage leads to total failure and causes high costs. AWH vacuum valves have been designed and built to prevent a vacuum in systems for commercial and industrial operation. This applies to all production facilities with a hygiene standard, such as the food industry or the chemical industry. The flow medium here is air. Vacuum valves are used to protect containers and systems in which a vacuum can be created by unintentional opening of the outlet lines.
