Spate Cleaner

Spate cleaners are cleaning devices that use rotating spray heads to effectively and evenly wet the inner surfaces of containers and tanks. They are characterized by their high cleaning power at low volume flows and pressures. There are different types of surge cleaners:

TANKO® S series

The spate cleaner with rotating spray head impresses with its high cleaning power at low volume flows and pressure ratios. This allows the cleaning process to be optimized and the system also represents an efficiency-enhancing alternative to static spray balls.

In addition, TANKO S is available in five different sizes Thanks to the wide range of available connections, spray angles and materials, the TANKO® S series can be adapted to the various requirements of the container to be cleaned.

TANKO® S cleaning devices in ATEX design (these are marked in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU) are supplied including ATEX operating and assembly instructions.

TANKO® SF40

The spate cleaner with rotating spray head is designed for fixed installation in containers. The hydrodynamic bearing enables the system to clean itself. The device is lubricated by the cleaning medium.

The TANKO® SF meets the requirements of the 3-A Sanitary Standard 78-03.

TANKO® RPB35

The spray ball efficiently reduces spray shadows! The system consists of a downpipe in which a connection nozzle and two surge sources (TANKO® -RPB35 and TANKO® S) are installed at different heights.

An RPB variant with "DP flushing" is available for this 360° standard version. Here, both the nozzle and downpipe are cleaned continuously.

TANKO® CR

The spate cleaner made of modified PTFE is highly resistant to chemicals and meets all hygiene requirements. The maintenance-free and hydrodynamic plain bearing ensures operation at a wide range of installation angles.

In addition, the TANKO® CR is particularly robust and durable thanks to its permanently rinsed bearings. It also works slowly and rotates in a defined manner. The spate cleaner made of modified PTFE is also suitable for SIP sterilization of the container.
