Non-Return Valve

A hygienic non-return valve is designed to reliably prevent liquid backflow. The AWH valve is particularly suitable for processes that place high demands on the product and the process.
This is where the valve shines with maximum reliability. The non-return valve impresses with its flow-optimized and low dead space design and has excellent properties in the areas of cleaning and hygienic operational safety.
The inside of the valve disc has neither a groove nor a seal. An O-ring installed in the housing guarantees sealing to the highest hygienic standards. The O-rings used in the housing meet all the requirements of the DIN 11864 hygiene standard for flange connections. The valve therefore guarantees the greatest possible safety against contamination and germs in the area of the seals.
You can also choose between two seal qualities. EPDM and FKM are available here.
The hygienic non-return valves are used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries. Valves in special alloys are available as an option. Due to the improved product resistance, the service life of the valves is increased many times over.
