The clamp connection is one of the most frequently used detachable connections in the world. Our newly developed AWH component-tested clamp already meets the latest standards and offers maximum safety and reliability. After the flange connection, the clamp connection is probably the most widely used detachable connection in the world. Whether with a standard clamp seal or as an aseptic O-ring connection. They are used wherever a detachable hygienic connection is required.

The new AWH component-tested clamp already complies with the amended "AD 2000 Merkblatt A5", which came into force in 2020. Clamps with hinged hinges may only be used to a limited extent. This applies not only to use on pressure equipment, but also to pressure-retaining equipment and equipment with a safety function. In an experimental test series in accordance with EN 13445-3, we have not only proven the compressive strength, but also the fatigue strength with 1/4 million load cycles.

We have succeeded in developing a clamp with high compressive strength, a slim design and low weight. This is noticeable in everyday handling, makes work easier and creates safety when handling pressurized components.

The clamps are made of investment casting material 1.4308 (CF-8). The surfaces are mechanically polished.
