Small and laboratory stirred tanks are challenging - especially in production. AWH Mixer Technology now offers an intelligent solution in collaboration with SISTO Armaturen S.A. The tank bottom is additively manufactured with an integrated VPureMix® tank plate, membrane base drain valve and optional sensor sleeves. SISTO manufactures fittings primarily for the pharmaceutical industry and offers the AWH VPureMix® the necessary components, such as diaphragm valves, to mix fluids efficiently and in line with the process in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical sector.

In this way, components such as the magnetic mixer, bottom outlet valve and sensors can be optimally positioned even in very confined tanks. Even the welding work required to connect the components, with the risk of welding distortion, is completely eliminated. The high degree of flexibility and customization of the design and components and the optimal positioning of the VPureMix® container plate promise a project-specific solution for your area of application.
