AWH-Connect

The AWH-Connect is an aseptic and hygienic connection for containers. It was designed to meet the high requirements of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and food industries.

AWH-Connect AD 2000

The design was developed in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive in accordance with EN 13445 and AD 2000 and certified by TÜV Nord. The connection is also available in different versions.

By using AWH-Connect instead of classic clamping nozzles, you minimize dead space in containers.

The design of the AWH-Connect combines the standard sealing of a clamp connection, e.g. in accordance with DIN 32676 or ASME-BPE, with the advantages of a block flange. This is welded into the tank wall. This makes it possible to connect a component to a container flush with the wall, close to the product and, above all, without any dead space.

AWH-Connect DIN 11864-2

With the AWH-Connect DIN 11864-2, the block flange has the contour of a DIN 11864-2 grooved flange, which ensures sealing by means of an O-ring.

By using AWH-Connect 11864 instead of the classic AWH-Connect, hygiene is once again significantly improved thanks to the tried-and-tested O-ring seal.

The positive effect of the AWH-Connect is obvious! The times and costs for cleaning and sterilization (CIP/SIP) of the containers can be significantly reduced. The cleaning results are visibly better and validation of the CIP/SIP processes is easier. The Connect as a container connection has been tried and tested in practice and is an accepted connection that can be found in the ASME-BPE.
