Jet Cleaner

Target jet cleaners are cleaning devices that enable powerful and efficient cleaning of containers and tanks through targeted jet guidance. They are available in different versions:

TANKO® JM Series

The TANKO-JM series is a medium-driven jet cleaner for tank and container cleaning. The system has a maintenance-friendly external bevel gear. The JM was developed for the best cleaning results.

The medium flows through the jet cleaner and thus drives the drive unit, which causes the head and nozzles to rotate. This results in an orbital 360° cleaning pattern throughout the container.

This type of jet cleaner or orbital cleaner is characterized by a high level of effectiveness due to the full jet nozzles.

The TANKO-JM is used in demanding applications due to its high demands on robustness and materials.

TANKO® CP series

The slowly rotating jet cleaner is designed for cleaning containers whose contents tend to stick more.

It is a compact and maintenance-friendly solution for cleaning tasks with different cleaning media in large temperature ranges.

TANKO® MX Serie

The TANKO-MX series is a medium-driven jet cleaner for tank and container cleaning.

The jet cleaner is mounted on plain bearings and has an epicyclic gearbox. This ensures an optimized cleaning process and impresses with low consumption values.

The medium flows through the jet cleaner and thus drives the drive unit, which causes the head and nozzles to rotate. This results in an orbital 360° cleaning pattern throughout the container.

TANKO® JX series

The TANKO-JX series is a jet cleaner driven by a pneumatic or electric motor for tank or container cleaning.

The motor drives the shaft via a magnetic coupling, which causes the head and nozzles to rotate due to the bevel gear. This results in an orbital 360° cleaning pattern throughout the container.

The external drive means that almost no energy from the medium is used for the drive, resulting in a very effective full jet.

Due to the high demands on robustness and materials, the TANKO-JX is used in demanding applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
